I got to buy that bag I wanted. Finally! Maybe to some, it ain't nice but I fell in love with it as soon as I slung it on my shoulder.
Hubby did not see eye to eye with me about the bag. He said I could probably get it at Jalan Hang Tuah for RM8 and then buy the sequins and sold it on myself. Anyway he was just being bitchy about it because he said the bag wasn't of any brand and for that, it do not deserve to cost that much. Its a THREE FIGURE price if you must know.
Hubby just did not want me to get such an expensive bag that is brandless. He says he rather pay RM50 extra on top of the price I paid for that bag if it was MNG or so.. even if it was Padini, he said he rather just because it has a brand.
I knew the bag I bought has a brand. It is just not well known in Malaysia I guess. Or maybe its just Hubby and I that do not know the existence of the brand.
We came home and he said he probably could find something similar online or at the flea market that sells at RM15-RM35. Well, I have not seen such a bag so far and if I did, I would have remembered it.
To prove him wrong that the bag I bought has a brand, I googled it. True enough, thank my lucky stars, it turned out to be an Italian brand. An Italian brand that sells bags. Have you guys heard of SEGUE?
Anyways, I bet Hubby has not heard of Charles and Keith too if thats the case. I wonder what he feels towards it if I were to get a shoe or a bag from there? But I won't because even though I love shopping as much as any girls do, I have to agree with Hubby for once. I have to stop. At least for a month or two. I am turning into a compulsive shopper and that is a very bad addiction. Got to stop it before its too late for me...
Did I say I should put a halt to this addiction of mine? I just found out that Coach is having a nationwide sale from July 31 to August 3, 2008. *sigh* WHY????? WHY NOW???? Nevermind, guess Coach can wait.. it will always be there.. *gRin*
Anyway for the ladies out there who wants to check out the whereabouts of warehouse sales, ongoing expo and promotions, one can check out this site. Found out about it through a friend and the site does make life easy when people like me don't get to read about them in the papers 24/7. Even if Hubby reads about them, do you think he would want to tell me about them?
