Please don't push!

I couldn't take the pain.. it was coming every 8-10 minutes. The type where you just want to curl up into a ball and pray it goes away. The contractions were coming on quite strong now and I screamed for Hubby to call up the hospital to ask for advice. I am sure my cervix is dilating but not sure how big the dilation had become.

The nurse told us that once it reached 5 minutes apart, we should start packing to go to the hospital and only then she will informed the doctor to come in.. I was like wtf? Shouldn't she put the doctor on alert mode now and ask me to go in instead of waiting for a 5 minutes apart contraction to happen?

The contraction came on so strong that I could not even bring myself to stand up proper or move an inch. Then my doctor called and said he thinks I am about 8 cm dilated and should be ready for labor anytime so I should hurry and get my ass to the hospital as fast as I can.. wtf? Now only you tell me?..

Suddenly, I told Hubby that I have an urge to want to push. I can't take it anymore.. I need to push.. Hubby says hold it in.. hold it in... no.. wait till we go to the hospital.. Please don't push yet.. don't push!

##%@!$$% I opened up my eyes and Hubby just came into the room to sleep from his football match and I? woke up to a bad tummyache.. *sigh* Thankfully it was all a dream.. I wouldn't really want to go through birth without the epidural! and birth right now? no no.. not now.. *phew*

Imagine the sigh of relief that the pain was from the tummyache and not some contraction pain.. *P H E W !! *

but what do the dream mean? Why come the being in labor period and not some tummyache dream instead?

Pregnant
To dream that you are pregnant, symbolizes an aspect of yourself or some aspect of your personal life that is growing and developing. You may not be ready to talk about it or act on it.This may also represent the birth of a new idea, direction, project or goal.

Is this true?
